Strawberry LimonCello LaCroix Spritzer

3 medium fresh strawberries, chopped ( 1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 can (12 ounces) LaCroix LimonCello Sparkling Water
Ice cubes or crushed ice
Lemon slice
Fresh thyme sprig (optional for garnish)
Directions
1.In a large glass, add the chopped strawberries and muddle with a muddler or the back of a spoon to mash the fruit and release some of the juices and essential oils.
2. Add the lemon juice and LaCroix LimonCello sparkling water and stir.
3. Add ice cubes or crushed ice and garnish with a floating lemon slice in the glass with fresh thyme.
